Responsible for the German publications; initiation and discussion of articles with HR Managers of different companies, proofreading, realising of interviews and writing of articles; coordination of authors, translators, graphic designer, printer, shipper; representation of the company at graduate fairs in Switzerland, France and Germany, logistics.

Participation in / organization of events in Prague, Sardinia, Hanover and London for clients and partners, coordination of external agencies and suppliers, management of participants, organization of conferences and social program; drafting of communication documents and advertising material, preparation of presentations and assistance with the day-to-day work of the team marketing and process management

Assistance with general administration, contact person for students; organization of classes and accommodation, organization of a special cultural afternoon programme for the students; general marketing activities (investigation of / contact with potential partners abroad)

Organization of the German Science and Technology Days at the University of Sydney in close cooperation with the Consul-General; organization of meetings, preparation of information for participating companies, coordination of presentations of the participating partners, creative input regarding all aspects of the event (website, flyers, posters, ...), logistic coordination

Coordination of the certification of a new apprenticeship; assistance with preparation of the open day; establishing of questionnaires and other quality assuring instruments in the programmes Word, Excel and Visio in accordance with the Quality Manager and the CEO

Assistance with project acquisition and project selection; contact with potential partner organizations, development of projects, translations; representation of ASA at the open day at the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development in Berlin
