TPA participates in the largest, most complex projects in the country. The PA plays the lead role to successfully develop the project from start to finish. The main responsibilities are about leadership and coordination athroughout the project, and participating in multidisciplinary consulting boards. Others include: project general coordination, client communications and relations, design supervision, construction plans development supervision and coordination,master plan design, inspection and QA/QC.

Thesis topic: Urban Regeneration for the Central District of Heredia, Costa Rica. The actual degree optained is a Licenciate degree (a step between a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree) offered in Costa Rica.
