Various Global IT Projects Actively seeking new assignments

Following the LHH acquisition of DBM, was the IT Executive responsible for the Global IT Integration Programme across 15 Countries in EMEA and APAC (Including France, Germany and Spain). Implementation of an in-house developed ERP application suite (integrated with Salesforce.com and JD Edwards) moving each country from their own system to a new global standard, requiring significant development to mitigate gaps managed in an agile approach.

IT Executive responsible for successfully migrating two internally run Data centres into a HP outsourced, off-shored, group data centre hosted in Lyon and supported in Bulgaria. This involved leading a team of over 100 professionals from numerous different company and country cultures in a matrix management reporting structure. Responsible for reducing operational overhead by outsourcing the MPS service desk to a partner in Bulgaria.

Responsible for IT across MPS Group International Managed the IT department (33) situated in multiple countries through a significant period of change and uncertainty, whilst continuing to improve levels of service and deliver strategic projects through to completion

Developed an IT Strategy focused on delivering systems and services that enabled the business to achieve its objectives. Arrived during major project and system failure Re-built confidence in IT delivery and restored reputation Supported circa 800 users across 55 sites across Europe. Provided direction, guidance and leadership to members of the IT department (30 staff) in support, development and projects based in multiple sites across the UK and Europe.

Responsible for creating and delivering the IT and Communication Systems strategy for the new business. Architected all the IT infrastructure adopting a low cost centralised Citrix (office in box) solution simplifying the integration of newly acquired businesses into our infrastructure. Implemented an ERP (Kerridge) Solution integrating each newly acquired business systems into the new group solution.

Responsible for technical support staff and all IT operations for Scania Trucks in the UK. Data Centre & Network Owner, hosting services including, Wintel, AS400, SCO and AIX, supporting HQ and the Dealers, providing 24/7 support for 1500 in 100 locations.
