Leading a team of ~30 cross-functional international members like system/hardware/testing/requirement engineers. The main part of the team is located in Berlin, but I have members in Munich and Stuttgart as well. I'm responsible for the team itself, hiring new employees, to make acquisitions for new clients/projects and to ensure that the actual projects are running without any issues.
