- Managing the service team ( 8 technicians – 4 engineers ) - Controlling the spare parts stock - Deals with local and non local suppliers - Was part of the implementation of ISO and Master card certification - Assure the Good functioning if the machines and planning together with production for preventive maintenance

. responsible of the automation team , electronic and mechanical design : - Responsible of the production of the machines - Managing the automation team - Delegate the engineers for mechanical /electronic design - Operate , test and check the machine before shipping - Create the BOM of the machine - Approve the electronic / mechanical design of new designed machines - Assure that all machines are compliant to CE rules - Developing the Software for new / first time built machines
