My daily tasks consist of: Supervision of Operational activities on sales floor and stockroom Business and KPI analysis Business presentations to high management Talent Management – recruiting, training and development Creating customer relationships – manage any issues or complaints and ensure the best in-store experience Visual Merchandising Leadership – employee coaching and team-building Content management through social media

I worked in all the areas (Sales, Purchasing, Visual Merchandising, Digital Marketing and Supply Chain) of the Tec Store, which is a Store in my University Campus. First retail lab in the world, we practiced our Retail knowledge by applying it to the store's operations.

I helped the Merchandising department, more specifically the Running line, with product management, product assortments, and client expos.

I worked at the Magic Kingdom Park in an attraction helping in it operation, safety measures and interactions with the park guests.

I helped the Finance department with daily tasks and Tax Calculations.
