I measured splitting functions of Earths normal modes to create a whole mantle model of Earths seismic anisotropy. I focused on horizontal component record data for studying toroidal modes and combined them with 3 components record data of spheroidal modes to invert for radial anisotropy. We also developed a simple Python toolbox for normal mode seismologists
