Member of SIMHA (Shanghai Mental Health Association). Worked with adults and teens dealing with issues such as: anxiety, depression, dysthymia, low self-esteem, panic attacks, crisis management, communication improvement, emotions management. Counseling concerning expat life such as culture shock, life transition struggles, cross-cultural concerns, binational couples, and third culture kid issues. Career counseling.

At IIC (Italian Cultural Institute) I taught Italian (grammar, conversation and culture) to adults. At the Italian School Roma my job was mainly directed to children from 2 to 5 years: educational tasks and psychological consult for children and parents when needed.​ ​

I had my own consulting room for psychological support to teenagers and adults. Collaboration with the Mental Health Department of the main hospital in town.

Working in team (Area Manager, Branch Manager, Administration and Finance Consultant) my tasks were: share job description with clients, structured interviews, recruitment reports. I had the opportunity to improve skills such as: Recruiting, customer care, staff coordination, problem solving, teamwork, tutoring.
