• Developed close partnerships with the two most strategic divisions for one of RWS’s clients which contributed to an increase in monthly revenue by 10x to generate $1.5M in annual revenue. • Created, implemented and documented new processes for complex projects which reduced delivery time by 5 days and improved on-time delivery to 100%. • Lead a highly visible, time-critical translation project to translate 3500 jobs into 14 languages which was delivered in 2 months, 1 month ahead of the client’s deadline.

• Managed localization projects representing annual revenue in excess of $500K with translators in up to 27 countries for one of SDL’s largest clients. • Appointed as quality project manager to quickly take control of recurring process quality issues resulting in weekly complaints reduced to almost zero. • Led quarterly business report meetings with management at the client’s location to review goals and KPIs and establish a forward looking strategy.

• Coordinated and monitored up to 15 simultaneous translation projects in 32 different languages for a U.S. based international client. • Main contact for new and key international clients for process consultation involving problem solving or complaint resolution. • Facilitated unique projects that required a high level of customer support and expertise to create new internal processes.
