Kontrolle von Hilfs- und Wirkstoffen in Medikamenten mittels Flüssig (HPLC/PDA)- und Gaschromatographie (GC/FID) sowie UV/vis Spektroskopie, AAS/AES und Nasstechniken; Verunreinigungskontrolle mittels Flüssigchromatographie; Entwicklung, Durchführung und Optimierung von analytischen Testmethoden; Validierung von Analysemethoden; Darstellen von Stabilitätsstudien; Erstellen von Verfahrensanweisungen (SOP´s); Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Richtlinien der Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) im Labor

Erstellen von Verfahrensanweisungen für den Einsatz von analytischen Instrumenten (HPLC/DAD, LC/MS/MS, GC, UV/vis, TOC): Analyse von Hilfs- und Wirkstoffen in Medikamenten; Synchronisation der Qualitätskontrolle mit den GMP und GLP

Focus: Problem Solving Tools & Techniques, Advanced Quality Science Statistics, Implementation of Continuous Improvement Techniques, Mastering Black Belt level, Advanced Six Sigma Statistics, Design of Experiments (DoE), DMAIC principle, etc.
