Working across Oracle's Identity & Access Management portfolio, delivering solutions using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), and Oracle Access Governance (OAG). While my current engagements primarily involve Oracle Access Governance, I continue to work across enterprise identity governance, integrating Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), OUD, flat-file sources, and other enterprise applications.

Joined Deloitte as a contractor to support Oracle Identity & Access Management initiatives, working on Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) implementation, enterprise integrations, IAM platform administration, and production support. The role provided exposure to large-scale consulting engagements and laid the foundation for my transition into Deloitte's Identity & Access Management practice.

Supported large-scale Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) environments for Fortune 100 customers, contributing to implementation, enterprise integrations, platform administration, and production support. Worked across Oracle WebLogic, SOA Suite, Oracle Database, and enterprise connectors while supporting identity lifecycle processes, platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and operational stability across complex Oracle IAM environments.

Started my Identity & Access Management journey by supporting Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) implementations and enterprise production environments. Gained hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation, enterprise integrations, middleware administration, platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support while working on large Oracle IAM environments.

Strengthened my foundation in enterprise IT by supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, desktop infrastructure, and network operations across business environments. Worked on server administration, virtualization, LAN/WAN connectivity, endpoint deployment, and day-to-day infrastructure support, building the technical fundamentals that later supported my transition into Oracle Identity & Access Management consulting.

Began my career providing first and second-line technical support for Windows desktop environments, assisting users with hardware, software, operating systems, and basic server administration. This role helped me develop a practical understanding of enterprise IT operations, troubleshooting, customer support, and service delivery in a production environment.
