The KPIs covered the entire fleet operations that consisted of variety of vehicles as well as warehousing processes. Developed a bonus program for drivers, which would result in costs reduction.

Participated in fundraising activities and helped to collect items that were sent along with the money to a rural area in Ghana, where other members of the project set up IT facilities in the school.
