Responsible for managing the full import / export process for shipments, from start to finish: Managing the logistics requirements for all cargo with destination and origin Argentina, ensuring that shipment execution is performed efficiently. Problem Solving / Investigating issues related to transportation and logistics, finding the root causes and developing solutions. Developing and managing freight forwarder Standard Operating Procedures, including KPIs and other performance metrics.

Building and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities; Generating revenue and acquiring new business (trade lanes) and/or new Customers. Creating value‐added solutions for customer’s logistics needs, including supporting diagrams and cost‐benefit calculations. Working collaboratively with foreign Expeditors offices to understand Global Clients needs in order to align global business strategies. Manage pricing and contract negotiations.

Seeking and prospecting new customers with revenue not less than 100.000 EUR/year each. Only pure hunting activities, high number of customer visits per day. Assess the type and size of customer needs, recommend solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge. Supporting customer retention by conducting joints visits with Product Managers.

Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and gaining a better understanding of customers' needs. Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Working with Product Managers, Air & Ocean, to develop and enhance relations with Airlines and Ocean Carriers to get competitive rates and preallocated space to specific business. Pricing authority within defined guidelines, participating in pricing the solution/service.

Leading, coordinating and monitoring international and local Tender/BID. Creating Tender proposals and presentations for customers. Recommending Pricing Strategy for Tender/BID proposals. Regarding to RFIs: Driving the RFI response, if required by Sales. Regarding to RFQs: Facilitating pre‐launch calls with Sales and Products Team to clarify strategy. Identifying and summarizing potential “red flags” (commercial/operational risks) in Tender material.

Processing all purchase orders and daily shipments, Air and Ocean. Handling shipping documentation for all air, sea and road import / export shipments including proper filing of all the associated documents. Checking / Tracking daily loading confirmations for both inbound and outbound shipments. Liaising with forwarders, shipping agents and carriers, acting as the main contact point for shipping needs or information. Updating daily shipments matrix ensuring accurate data entry.
