Worked on a project with the State Planning Commission of Tamil Nadu at the Madras Institute of Development Studies. Developed the Education Index to assess school participation, learning outcomes, and infrastructure, and the Welfare Index to evaluate inclusion and social protection. These reports supported evidence-based policymaking for equitable and inclusive growth.
