Creation of electronic invoices based on paper one, on specific software in 21 foreign languages. Working for three clients at the same time. Distributing the daily team tasks. Resolving projects issues. Creating the daily log and uploading the invoices using FTP server. Providing training to Indian colleagues of different types of invoices and data entry software. Dealing with invoices for all European countries and USA. Responsible for updating the documentation related to the project.
