• Managing QA Team • Work on project as quality coach in maintaining the quality of project • Assign work to all the resources • Discussion with internal QA resources and guide them on tasks • Prepare plan for QA team career growth • Present status of QA Team on weekly basis to VP and other stakeholders • Set KPIs for the QA Team and track them throughout • Participate in testing activities like writing testcases, doing black/gray box testing and reporting

• Perform Gap Assessment using standard (like TMMi and other based upon client request) • Responsible for developing new process both in-house and client side • Develop new process and KPIs while in continuous discussion with team and other stakeholders • Chair the session for the review of new process with management level stakeholders • Responsible for providing training to teams and develop templates/artifacts associated • Perform process audits for continuous improvement of the process

• Responsible for providing QA time estimates • Responsible for task allocation • Active participant in sprint planning • Writing test cases and test scenarios on Test Rail • Verification of application from front-end as well as from back-end • Report directly to Manager on weekly basis • Performing Production Monitoring and verification, along with IRs (Incident Request)
