Analysis of the code files in the project and thereby deriving the Software Architecture with UML modelling. Enhancement of the overall structure and modularity of the code for new projects. Trained the batch of new joiners as support system for Software Architects in the team and on Autosar architecture.

Team Lead for various projects in AUTOSAR Team. Front-ended customer discussions and responsible for designing software architecture and delivering projects within time and budget by leading agile implementation plan, developing feature matrix, planning resources, proactively engaging stakeholders, removing impediments and closely tracking the project progress against quality and milestones. Evolved as an expert in integration of BSW modules: Diag Stack, ComStack, MemStack and NM.

Team Lead for two projects :(MACAN and MLB) AUTOSAR based projects for VW-AUDI customers. Responsible for workflow management, acting as SPOC for technical queries and resolutions. Involved in the complete software development life cycle of AUTOSAR projects for Motor Control Unit for customers :VW-AUDI, Porsche,Bentley for variants : MLBlll, MQB, MACAN, MLBEVO. Requirement analysis of different functionalities like wheel brakes, radiator shutter, gearbox etc. interacting with Engine ECU.
