We specialize in sourcing cost-effective materials, managing procurement, and overseeing production from printing to finishing. By collaborating on fashion trends, we ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, from sample approval to final dispatch.

We are creating and launching brands in the fashion and lifestyle space. Currently we have eight brands, 7 for various verticals and one in the retail space as a multi brand outlet. 1. BluPear: Indian Ethnic Footwear. 2. IamRa: Healing Crystals, Gems and Jewelry. 3. Mimathyma: Fashion from various Cultures. 4. MeriJaan: Textile Accessories. 5. HandsOn: Hand Crafted Products. 6. EcoStorey: Eco friendly and natural products. 7. GodBless: Candles

I initiated the export of designer furniture and managed a 3000 sq. ft. store with a team of six executives and an export division. I identified cost-effective vendors, acted as a liaison between international clients and Indian manufacturers for sample procurement, design approval, and order execution. Responsible for pre- and post-delivery coordination, I managed business worth ₹3.5 crores. I conducted quality control, streamlined repeat order processes, and built strong vendor partnerships.

I ensured quality assurance, product development, and production management while overseeing the output of 350 machines. I was responsible for maintaining production quality and led a team of QA and QC professionals to ensure all garments met client requirements. My role demanded precision and leadership to uphold the highest standards, consistently delivering products that aligned with client expectations. The client base primarily included markets across Europe.

My first job offered an exceptional platform to learn and lead. I headed Quality Assurance and managed seasonal wear launches for men, women, and children. I developed vendors, negotiated terms, ensured timely material receipt, and acted as a liaison between buyers and manufacturers. I streamlined workflows, upheld quality standards, and delivered on time despite tight deadlines. Clients included JH Holdings, Arabian Marketing, Takara, and Spicy in the UK and Europe.
