After successfully finishing my employment as a working student I started as a Junior Digital Manager within the Digital & Innovate Department at WallDecaux in October 2018.

Responsible for the customer service as well as the marketing strategy, campaigns and the internal communication.

Communicated with the customers to understand their problems and needs and find the most satisfying solutions. Represented the company with accurate behavior and friendly service, implemented selling strategies and achieved very good sale numbers.

Responsibility for sponsoring, events and internal communication. I focused on a roadshow addressing students and young professionals aiming to gain new customers and increasing publicity.
