My current position includes testing and evaluation of network components and network solutions for service providers and equipment vendors. Also, I am involved in analysis of various network requirements and creation of RFP (Request of Proposal); Network design and network design verification. Moreover, I create and execute test plans for interoperability between different vendors for new developed standards (IETF, ITU-T, IEEE).

My last position in Neotel was as project lead engineer responsible for the design and implementation of one of the first carrier grade VoIP-based telephony networks in Macedonia. It includes technical responsibility for innovation and development of the new telephony services and coordination between technical, marketing and sales departments.

As an network enginer I was involved in design, implementation and administration of national IP-based network (IP/MPLS). It includes installation and configuration of security and network components. And creation and maintenance of network documentation.

Major focus in telecommunication systems and networks, digital communications, signal processing, wireless communications, optical networks and Internet technologies.
