Manage the teams: • Infrastructure: Management of VMware, AWS and bare metal infrastructure. • Automation: Administration, maintenance and policy for both the Bamboo and Jenkins environments and custom connectivity for them and their agents. • Tools Development: tools grown in-house for our team and systems. Mainly custom written in Python and some adapted OpenSource. • In order to meet the growth needs of the team and skillsets required the whole team is remote across the United States.

Implement Agile ( Kanban and Scrum ) for Developers and Infrastructure Engineers Manage the design and roll-out of the CHEF environment in support of automation, provisioning, configuration and management of new environments. Monitor Scalability: Identify and implement routine review of critical metrics necessary to monitor the performance of overall operations including: capacity, availability, budget, and inventory.

Responsible for creating and defining the new Infrastructure Operations team, responsible for managing Engineering network and system resources, managing and growing the hardware and software engineering labs. Designed and Implemented the engineering network, post-move, as well as consolidation of exisitng systems. Developed new tools to provide enhanced reporting, troubleshooting and data correlation. Drove new reporting and analysis tools which profiled product and customer behavioral metrics.

* Developed a policy for reviewing the infrastructure, analyze for risk concerns, plan remediation if needed and present the analysis and remediation options to stakeholders. * Apply risk analysis and remediation to rework the infrastructure, defining and managing changes which saved the enterprise $600,000 annually. * Managed a staff of international engineers with responsibility for corporate and production servers, network and telephony services and services including security and risk management.

Managed software license inventory and renewals. * Build strong customer relations, set expectations as well as satisfying customer concerns for all impacts and future expansions. * Information Security Oversight of vendor and customer relationships

I lead a team responsible for growing all aspects of Operations and Infrastructure from a Georgia Tech research project into a sustainable, viable corporation. Creating the proper foundation of policy, procedure and standardizations for both short term growth and long term sustainability.
