- Sustainability data accuracy & completeness POC in Packaging team - Responsible for monthly packaging consumption/composition monitoring & Rollup to annual report data validity - Responsible for rollup of roadmap & quantification Responsible for Investor, MSU, & Customer data fulfilment

- Scout and Analyze Global Consumer Goods Markets, especially innovative concepts, consumer trends and market growth forecasts - Lead Innovation Projects to execute the product roadmap and achieve successful commercialization - Maintain Sustainability database, Tracker and Dashboard to ensure relevant project details are well tracked - Generate Sustainability Reporting in regular basis to indicate the achievements and improvement spaces towards a world with less packaging waste

- Initiate WoW of Packaging Specification Development to improve data quality, availability, and user efficiency. - Acquire and review Packaging Material Information from suppliers (i.e. technical drawings, compliance documents, sustainability certificates). - Set up Technical Specifications for stakeholders based upon project requirements and deliver approved specifications strictly according to timeline - Perform required Technical Analysis (i.e. LCA) to validate new packaging material, design and formats

- Support and lead Packaging Development Projects to deliver practical solutions for packaging functioning, production and logistics - Conduct Pilot plant and Production line Trials to validate new packaging materials, design and formats - Support and Lead Calibration Projects to validate new testing equipment - Develop expertise in Packaging Technology and Material Science via internal and external trainings and coaching on regular basis
