As a Change Facilitator & Internal Trainer, I lead the implementation and adoption of new digital solutions across multiple international sites. I coordinate E2E documentation of group business processes in Signavio, driving cross-site alignment and continuous improvement. Collaborating with key users and process owners, I develop actionable digitalization and efficiency measures, while supporting robust process governance by defining structures, authorizations, and ownership frameworks across departments.

I trained newcomers, optimized processes, procured hardware and software and coordinated external collaborators. I generated over 200 templates and coupled them with the legal software increasing efficiency by 600%. I supported the legal software in house, established digitalisation processes that lead to a 50% budget cut in postage and supplies and instanted delivery time. I've been part of the customer support team for over 2K mandates per year.

I created 2 small size clothing businesses. I wrote the business plan and sucessfully achieved a 60K capital investment that covered 100% of our budget in GR. I did all the online marketing. I designed and managed our website and was responsible for the procurement of high quality materials. I got our designs protected by the greek patent office. I organised our participation in over 15 markets and expos within 2 years, while sustaining our presence on local printed press and radio.

I joined the team of welding and assessment to rescue a laser welding of Ti and CFRP project. I performed computational wear simulations, designed, supervised and executed experiments. I analysed data and presented the results at internal meetings, scientific conferences and papers as well. I created and managed the project plan and was responsible for the allocation of human and technical resources. Before the end of my limited contract and maternity leave I supervised a second project on Al laser welding.

I have selected SINTEF and NTNU for an EFTA funding program for young researchers. I have started working in the group of Sergio Armanda in Tribology, where I performed tribology experiments, optical and SEM microscopy and erosion experiments. The research was performed in the frames of the NOWITECH project.

Just before I was finished with my Master's Degree in Nanotechnology I landed this job in the newly founded technical department of one of the three biggest concessionaires in Greece. I was responsible for filing and initial review of 196km of motorway's designs. I authored the motorway's user's manuals. Together with the rest of the team of engineers, I made recommendations to improve design, construction means, methods and materials based on field or changing conditions.

In the frames of my Master's Thesis, I produced free-machining titanium metal alloys, performed compression experiments and analysed the sample microstructure.

At the Lab I learned the basic pronciples of PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) and ellipsometry. I conducted experiments for carbon nanostructures. I have been aiding Prof. Dr. Logothetidis with his presentation on Nanotechnology in Architecture conference presentation. I produced and edited a video for the lab's public relations that was used at the Thessaloniki international Expo in 2006. I was a member of the orginizing comittee of the successful NN07 conference.
