1) I had to understand the requirement and single handedly handle the design, implementation, integration of server side code of the product. 2) I had to work with various teams and integrate my products with other products. 3) I had to handle customer escalations. 4) I had to mentor other colleagues.

• Understanding of the products and migrating the administrative module to the new product (nEI). • Single-handedly handling the administrative module redesigning it and including newer requirements. • Fixing bugs in this module. • Had pro-actively created many internal tools for the product

• Analysis of technology. • Design and architectural changes in the newer version of the product. • Learning JSF • Implementation of the newer version using JSF

• Analysis of new requirements. • Design of new requirements and modules of the product. • Handling customer escalations. • Getting customer specific requirements for complete new modules and single handedly implementing them in the product. • Writing automation scripts for build process , server preparation and deployment of the application.
