Management of software development department: • Deparment activities planning; • Human resources planning; • projects progress tracking; • creation of internal standards for software development process; • hiring; Management of software development projects: - Videophone and videoconference over IP system. - System for real-time processing of video and navigation information from airplane with capability for further post-processing.

Software development using C/C++ programming language for Linux and MS Windows platforms. Participant of following projects: - Development of videophone and videoconference services over IP. Duties: design and development of network protocols and video processing functions.
