As a Technical Consultant at Metro Group Information Technology (MGI) GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany, I was involved in developing implementation strategies for Metro Campaign Management (MCM) using TCRM 5.x and TRM 6.x at MGI and is part of implementation team. His role involves requirements analysis, solution definition, articulating the business rules and designing, liaising with design team and QA. I am also involved in business development for iGATE to setup the team at offshore.

My primary role as Team Lead was all about understanding client’s business needs, defining system requirements, suggesting IT solutions, liaising with the Testing team and making sure the delivery meets Client’s expectations.

As part of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) product development in INCA (INteractive Content Analyzer) for Tele Atlas, Belgium, I was involved in preparing design documents and draft the algorithms, preparation of test plans, test cases. In addition, I was also involved in articulating the business requirements and rules with on-site development team.

As Systems Executive executed successfully project re-engineering and designing. I am also involved in testing, packaging the product using Install Shield and Wise Install Master. In addition, I handled other roles such as Internal Auditor (for ISO 9001:2000) and Package Specialist.
