A small scale GMP-certified pharmaceutical company manufacturing solid and liquid oral dosage forms. 1. Developed and certified protocols and supervised process validation, cleaning validation and equipment qualification operations as per cGMP requirements. 2. Communicated with external and internal stakeholders—vendors, buyers, drug regulatory authorities, and organizational departments, for the efficient redressal of grievances as per regulatory requirements.

1. Screened targeted tyrosine kinase anti-cancer drugs for the ABC-drug efflux pump and CYP450 drug-metabolizing enzyme-modulatory properties. 2. Screened multi-target modulating tyrosine kinase inhibitor hits in combination with classical chemotherapeutic drugs, to develop synergistic chemotherapeutic drug combinations for non-small cell lung cancer and breast carcinomas. 3. Developed 3-D in vitro co-culture models of breast carcinomas 4. Mentored an Erasmus lab intern for 3 months
