While screening the suitable candidates for the job requirements, I have used various IT job portals like Monster, Career builder, hot jobs, etc. I have negotiated with the consultants and employers on different contract terms like Corp to Corp, 1099 and Contract-W2.

Responsible for handling requirements from US based Clients. Worked on up to 4 positions at a time in a day Dealing with Major clients like IBM, Satyam, T Mobile, Accenture, K Force etc. Understanding the sourcing needs of the clients and fulfilling them. Identifying the right candidates residing in US, candidates holding valid US work permit, by searching jobsites, internal database.
