Accomplishments: - Developed d-q model of PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) drive system in MATLAB - SIMULINK to analyse HVAC compressor performance. - Authored unit level test plans such as leakage current test and di-electric voltage withstand test for 20-75 Ton AC units. - Initiated and led a process productivity program for the Electrical team where we achieved savings of $160k in 2021.

Accomplishments: - Sized and selected control panel components such as contactors, circuit breaker, fuse, wire harness, overload relay and control transformer based on UL 1995 standard. - Developed a python based computer vision algorithm to detect quality issues in the control panel. - Led the process productivity program for the electrical team which generated a savings number of $48k in 2020

Accomplishments: 1) Authored test plans for the following components, - Control transformer (class 2, primary voltage is 208/230V, 400V, 460V, 575V and secondary is 24 V) based on UL 5085 and Trane standards. - Water valve and damper actuators (ON/OFF, floating point and modulating type) based on UL 5085 and Trane standards. - Phase monitor 2) Co-ordinated with suppliers and procurement managers to obtain test data and quotations for electrical components
