Job Profile: • Designing PCB layouts for Electrical vehicle Inverters, On board chargers & High voltage DCDC converters. • Defining layout process & guidelines. • Responsible for creating libraries, schematics, layouts & BOM. • Mentoring 2 junior layout engineers. • Conducting layout reviews & final verifications. • Interacting with suppliers for manufacturing & assembly of prototypes. • Assisting basic hardware lab setup.

• Lead a team of 4 people & designed complex high-power layouts for Hybrid electric cars Inverters & DCDC converters, Body computer modules for commercial vehicles, Airbag ECU’S, ABS + ESP layouts, Transmission controls & Gateway controls for A, B & C samples until SOP. • Supported & worked closely with international layout teams (Germany, France, Hungary, USA & China) • Onsite experience in Germany for 18 months and executed successful projects.

• Lead Layouter for wireless Set top Box division. • Designed High Speed layouts for the gigabit Ethernet IC’s designed by the Conexant systems. • Designed reference layouts for Set-top Boxes and Validation Boards. • Interacting with IC design team for better reference layouts • To support Conexant systems library team in India & China for setting up libraries • Verification of Gerber’s and interaction with PCB vendors for prototype manufacturing.

• To design PCB layouts for High Speed & Mixed Signal boards for L&T Electricity & Energy Meters division and other Mixed signal critical analog Boards for L&T Medical division. • Creating libraries for tools like Mentor graphics PADS, CADstar, PCAD and Allegro as and when required by the Library team as per the company standards
