I am working in Infosys Limited for close to 4 years. Currently managing a team of 15 members and responsible for Technical project delivery which includes S/4 HANA Roll-out for 58 countries. Other components in the landscape are MDG and GTS with Solution Manager integration. Periodic S/4 HANA upgrades are taken care and responsible to hand over the defect-free systems to the Business teams.

I was leading a team of 10 Basis consultants to deliver both projects and Support activities. Responsible for handling escalations and end to end support of Project deliverables. Projects delivered are EHP upgrades, HANA Migrations using DMO approach, Oracle upgrades, SAP Workload migration from On-premise to MS Azure.

I was part of a Health care client working as an Implementation Lead. Technical Lead for a team of 7 members for the implementation of MDG and PLM. Parallelly taking care of regular support activities like System copy, SP upgrades, DB upgrades, Performance tuning, etc.

Technical team member involved in the SAP implementation for an Australian based Government Department. Successfully implemented ECC, BW, PO systems with Enterprise Portal using ESS, MSS functionalities

Joined as a fresher and started taking up SAP Administration activities in the first year. Then got involved into regular support activities Daily SAP monitoring, handling user raised tickets, system copy, client copy, SAP upgrade, SAP installation activities, etc.
