Apart from the management of commercial projects, I also participate in internal activities, such as: → best practices collection, knowledge transfer, process improvements in the company, → reporting to the top management, → RFP process improvements, → preparation of proposals and project plans for potential customers.

Responsibilities and internal activities: → best practices collection, knowledge transfer, process improvements in the company, → hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of new project managers, → projects distribution between the project managers, → resource management for ongoing and future projects, → reporting to the top management, → RFP distribution between the project managers, → RFP process improvements, → preparation of proposals and project plans for potential customers.

Management of wide variety of projects (web-sites, mobile applications, games) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies and techniques. Requirements gathering from documentation and stakeholders, preparation of the schemas and diagrams (UML, Visio functional diagrams), preparation of project documentation.

Project management of 20+ small projects (mostly web-sites, up to 6 month of development cycle), a few mobile projects and games. Requirements gathering from documentation and stakeholders, creating of project documentation (specs, schemas, wireframes, etc.). Partially manual testing on some of the projects, test cases management.

Quality assurance, functional, GUI and regression testing, bug reports. Designing, developing and execution of test plans and test cases. Analysis of requirement specs, partially creation of project documentation (specs, user manuals). Head of QA department, interviewing, hiring and teaching new employees.
