Step 2: - Managing the team of backend and frontend(including mobile) developers, designers. - Writing pieces of code in Python and Ruby here and there, configuring servers and network devices. - Tinkering with Mikrotiks and RaspberryPi's. - Communication with the investor. - Supporting and administrating LAMP servers - Developing and maintaining frontend functionality of websites - Writing cross-browser compliant HTML, CSS & JavaScript - Provide guidance to other team members on web development issues - Developing websites that have a consistent feel and look throughout all web properties - Maintaining CRM and ServiceDesk services

Tech support and stuff Additional responsibilities as a Country Champion: - Taking part in an international customers and partners relationship monitoring program as a coordinator - Making reports and presentations both in Russian and English - Taking part in conferences as a country representative - In charge of cooperation in the part of survey preparation including translation correction and validation
