Pre-opening Team with responsibility for Sales and Reservations General sales activities, with acquisition of new business partners (TO/TA/DMC) Sales calls and sales trips to different Travel fairs and countries Overall responsible for the daily operations of Sales and Reservation team – 6 staff members Reporting to General Manager

Overall responsible for sales and operation of congresses, meetings, team buildings and trainings in 18 Meeting rooms up to 800 participants Organization and operation of venues Communication between MICE and F&B department Customer care with exit interviews Reporting to General Manger

Overall responsible of operations of 2 Restaurants (300 seats and 60 seats a la carte), Hotel Bar and V.I.P. lounge Trainings for employees and students – 70 staff members Preparation and calculation of menus, special offers, with cooperation of the Hotel Chef Operation and organization of 18 meeting and board rooms Reporting to F&B Manager
