Involved in different projects sponsored by the Management Board within the company: Employees Motivation Survey, Schindler Team Challange (Repair Business Push Plan for Australia), Awarding Excellence.

Responsible of Quality Department (10 people). Claims Management, Internal quality audits on compliance and safety, quality certications, customer care executive, Change Management.
