Spearheaded successful marketing campaigns across a diverse corporate client base (AGRANA, Frequentis etc) leveraging platforms like Eloqua, LinkedIn, Google Ads and Microsoft Dynamics to generate leads and automate content delivery across customer journeys. Ran campaigns involving customer research (Persona’s & Customer Journeys), content creation (Video, Imagery & Whitepapers), and delivery strategy (Customer Segmentation & Targeting) tailored for each client.

Was responsible for business development efforts across seven (BW, MG, ZM, LS, SZ, MZ, GH). Main product line was building envelopes (PreFab Steel Structures, Purlins/Girts, Insulation & Sheeting). Oversaw offsite/onsite production of materials while planning road and container logistics upon a successful tender. Client base consisted of mining corporations (Rio Tinto, First Quantum Minerals Ltd etc) as well as various local developers of warehousing & shopping malls in my region.

Conducted marketing, client communications/aquisition, pricing and event scheduling to install our contractors (ballonists, performers etc) to shopping malls and amusement parks (Cresta Shopping Center, Gold Reef City etc). Managed 20+ contractors, coordinating their assignment to six key clients while resolving disputes and cost negotiations to maintain good relations with our clients and contractors.
