Coordinating Project Governance Team to ensure effective project governance /assurance and that all parties understand their roles and required deliverables at each stage of the project. Performed stage gate reviews of capital projects, advised Project Teams of deficiencies and recommended mitigation actions. Coordinating and facilitating project assurance reviews, assurance plans and Value Improving Practices (VIP) plans.

Leading the design, planning and execution of upstream and midstream capital projects (oil and gas plant modifications, upgrades and enhancements, and plant outages, pipeline installation, roads) for all company territory, onshore and offshore activity. Coordinated investment valuations, cost estimates, decision summaries, risk analyses and conceptual plans, and preliminary and detailed design work for all portfolio of capital project (Greenfield, brownfield, onshore and offshore)

•Planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. •Reviewed project proposal to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.

•Directed the management and implementation of multiple large and complex projects: developed project plans and timelines; made staffing decisions based on assessment of team members' skills and workloads. •Ensuring that the projects are constructed in accordance with the design, budget and schedule.

•Coordinating with cross-functional project teams to manage projects development planning, ensuring projects goals (a portfolio of over 25 projects) are met and issues are resolved in an effective manner. •Acting as an interface between the company and the customers, ensuring objectives are met and positive customer relationships are maintained.
