Conducted audits and risk assessments, developed and implemented internal policies, and maintained key certifications. Managed Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, streamlining processes to enhance verification, safeguard financial transactions, strengthen regulatory adherence and improve governance strategies.

Developed a comprehensive project proposal that secured funding from GIZ and the Serbian Govt to support SMEs in their standardization and digital transformation efforts. Oversaw the implementation of advanced IT solutions and complex international standards: ISO 18001, 14001, 9001, 22000, and CEPA. Managed challenges associated with adhering to ISO and CEPA standards, ensuring thorough documentation, monitoring, and rigorous audits to maintain the highest level of compliance and operational excellence.
