Technical Marketing Engineer at Agilent Technologies in Waldbronn, Germany. Working as a Service Channel Assist Engineer (SCA) doing high-end HPLC support. As part of the field support group (FSG) I´m dealing with problems and queries from engineers coming from all over Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. Taking ownership of escalations, acting as technical problem manager (TPM).

I started in Agilents Customer Contact Center in Waldbronn, Germany, then switched to the European Repair Center. In autumn 2006 I moved to Ireland, mainly responsible for installations, service, qualifications and repairs of LC/MS systems like single quads, ion traps, TOFs, QTOFs. Standard HPLCs, RRLCs and software like MassHunter or Chemstation are also part of my work. From July 2009 on I was working for Agilent, Switzerland.

Worked as a lab assistant at Nycomed, formerly known as Altana Pharma or Byk Gulden. All kinds of analysees for drugs in early stages; mainly using HPLC, but also GC, GC/HS, polarimeter, CE and KF.

After 3 years of apprenticeship, I worked as a lab assitant doing analysees on clothes, toys, jewellery, cosmetics
