As VP Direct Procurement Americas I am responsible for the Procurement of Materials and Manufacturing Goods & Services for all Production Sites in Americas Region (Canada, USA, LatinAmerica)

As VP Procurement Europe and Japan I have been covering the Operational Procurement for all locations in the region, leading ~200 procurement colleagues at some time. The responsibility included to restructure and lead the Japanese Procurement Team

After the acquisition of Merckle/ratiopharm Group by Teva Pharmaceuticals, I have transitioned the procurement team of Merckle/ratiopharm into Teva Pharmaceuticals and taken on the responsibility to lead the European Procurement for Teva

Responsibility included the different spend categories of Materials, Finished Goods, CapEx, Indirect Spend globally with presences in China, India, USA, Canada, Netherlands and HQ in Germany

During my time in China, Shanghai I have been establishing and leading our ratiopharm International Shanghai Representative Office as Chief Representative. With a team strength of approx. 20 FTE we ran R&D, Sourcing, Commercial Procurement, Quality Assurance, Lead Auditing, Finance and HR Function

In addition to the responsibility as Team Lead of Procurement Finished Goods I have taken the responsibility to lead the global Procurement Function in an interim assignment for approx. 8 months.
