In charge of information management in the company to establish a more organized and automated work flow, analyze which processes can be automated to help reduce risks and errors and design and implement software solutions in the company's own ERP System. Management of special projects such as capacity planning solutions for pre-production & production, set-up of artwork preparation for sublimation print and automatic pick & pack warehouse of finished goods.

Responsible to establish a more organized and automated workflow within the company, analyze what each team is responsible for and what processes they do that can be automated to help reduce risks and errors, determine where teams overlap and where there are redundant processes, develop a own workflow management system for the company. Managing all special projects within the company and directly in charge for pattern making team, quality management system and the development of digital sublimation print.

Completed an intensive training in Cut Order Planning in order to proceed with procedural changes and corrections within the Cutting department such as implementation of spreading machines and other developments. In charge of costing consumption and overlooking the paper pattern making department whilst improving the job preparation from R&D.

Supporting the senior developer with Pearl Izumi's Cycling program, tasks included studying specs, sourcing the latest news on material development in the market with existing and new suppliers in China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. Handled all samples from proto until production and therefore also worked out costing in close cooperation with the pattern and marker team regarding fitting and consumption. In charge for the sublimation account, coordinated with suppliers and visited Textile Expos in Asia.

In the Training line, learning how to operate different sewing machines, ie. single needle, double needle, overlock and flatlock machines and working in the Quality Inspection department.

Responsibilities include working in the Quality Inspection department.

Responsibilities include working in the CAD department and learning how to create patterns with ASSYST Systems, and creating and keeping maintenance of the company's Accessory Library.

Responsibilities include working in all sections of the production department, sewing lines, heat transfer machine, fusing machine and quality inspection department in order to understand the quality standards and requirements of today.
