Peshawar-Pakistan. Project (co-funded by EU) on Vocational Training addressed to Afghans and Pakistani in Peshawar and Tribal Areas, which eventually reached 1500 young men and women. Responsible for the project advancement, coordination and HR management, financial management, monitoring and reporting. Capacity building of the local staff. Editing of new projects.

Gjakova/Djakovica - Kosovo. Micro-credit project (co-funded by Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Responsible for monitoring and reporting. Capacity building of a reliable and accountable local NGO/Micro-finance Institution (eventually registered in 2006) Writing of project proposals and budgeting (to World Bank, EU, Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Support to the office of Italian Cooperation in Pristina to strengthen the nework between italian NGOs.
