• Development of component-/Assembly concepts (CATIA V5) for prototype vehicles • Creation of technical drawings and production relevant material (small assemblies) • Design, optimization with regard to material, weight and manufacturability for: - EDU conversions in electric vehicles - Motorcycle components pre-assembly jigs - Motorcycle & Vehicle frame reinforcement, handlebar clamps, adapters and brackets. Manufacturing methods: Laser cutting, Press-brake bending, CNC turning/milling, MIG/TIG welding

• Optimization of the new generation of infrared heaters • Design (SOLIDWORKS) of components-/Assemblies • Creation of technical drawings and concepts • Main contact person-/Interface with the Metal manufacturing plant (supplier) • Production and testing of prototypes, preparation of optimization reports • Participation in events and Fairs • Supervision of prod. costs and time, component tolerances Manufacturing methods: Laser cutting, Press-brake bending, TIG welding (personally)

• Familiarization with the technology of existing infrared heaters, trend observation of the competition • Conception & design, learning the just-in-time processes and make-or-buy decision criteria. • Design (SOLIDWORKS) of pre-series concepts • TIG welding of stainless-steel housings & surface preparation • MIG welding of fixtures and brackets

• Catia V5 Training (Part Design, GSD, Assembly Design) • Working with slide calipers and micrometers • CMM freeform surface measurements, documentation of measurement results • Manufacturing of carbon fiber parts incl. tool preparation (vacuum infusion process) • 3D Scanning of vehicle surfaces • Within a team, conception and design of mobile vehicle lifters
