Established German medical device company in the U.S. from the ground up. Managed all marketing functions related to strategy, advertising, and new business development for MRI coils, MRI breast biopsy solutions and intra-operative MRI neurosurgery (head coils, head clamp, neuro navigation) products. Developed OEM service contract model, negotiated joint ventures and established loyal customer base.

Led and managed change to eLearning model by initially working with 400+ Bone Densitometry (DEXA) and in-office MRI system users. Utilized this pool of resources as well as industry trends to effectively develop body composition assessement (metabolic health), Osteoporosis (skeletal health) as well as EMR and RIS/PACS systems course content.

Launched body composition laboratory for clinical trials phases II, III and IV. Developed measuring techniques, quality assurance guidelines and maintained lab performance metrics. Performed health assessments such as body fat, muscle mass, bone density, resting energy expenditure, spirometry or resting metabolic expenditure. Participated in protocol review, consulted principal investigators and provided statistical analysis of longitudinal data.

Targeted high prescribing physicians and pharmacies to promote complete range of PARI products. Instructed physicians and pharmacies on PARI inhalation therapy and represented company at trade shows and workshops in assigned territory (South Germany).
