After 1.5 years as Zazzle’s Director of International Business, I was promoted to Director of Technical Marketing. This meant, in addition to the Int’l Business, responsibilities for Zazzle’s global (.com + international) customer acquisition efforts (incl. SEO, SEM / PPC, Shopping campaigns, Retargeting, Display ads, etc.) Overall, I was in charge of 15 internal employees, several external agencies/service suppliers, generating millions of unique monthly website visitors, and an 8 figure annual budget.

• Led Zazzle’s international business which included domains in 16 countries, multi-national team located in USA and Ireland, and responsibility for 8 digit annual revenue number • Was in charge of overall strategy, leveraged knowledge of website localization, cross-border eCommerce challenges such as logistics and taxation, country specific issues such as online payment preferences, etc. • Was driving force behind launching International Headquarters in Cork, Ireland

Spent 4 years with top tier consulting firm Booz & Co (now Strategy&), 2 years as engagement manager, consulted clients all over the US • Headed operating model design and rollout of retail stores for US based health insurance plan • Supported merger of two major US banks • Developed worldwide manufacturing footprint strategy for US heavy equipment manufacturer • Led contact center work stream during transformation of US online university • Managed recruiting at the Stanford Graduate School of Business

Supported post merger integration of two leading health care plans

- Designed vehicle chassis systems - Performed computer simulations on vehicle's driving behavior (using ADAMS/Car) - Quantitatively analyzed vehicle chassis systems resulting in major cost savings by minimizing weight and number of hardware prototypes

- Developed PET Preform Molding Machines - Trained engineering team on the use of sophisticated simulation software (MATLAB/Simulink)
