Leading a corporate startup - a joint-venture between Speedinvest and Austrian Federal Railways. iMobility develops the Android and iOS App “Nextstop” (a mobile travel companion). Full product development, strategy, marketing and budget responsibility. Successfully built an agile team of 15 people with different skill sets. Direct report to the executive board of ÖBB Holding.

Leading the development of new companies in cooperation between incubated startups and corporate partners with special focus on digital products. Successfully applied state-of-the-art methods in lean venture development to startup projects in various industries such as media, food or real estate.

Teaching innovation and technology management in the Master of Business Administration programme.

Teaching innovation models, buiness models and business model innovation in the postgraduate Master of Business Innovation programme.

Doctoral dissertation: "The Process of Business Model Innovation - An Empirical Exploration" & various research projects on business model design, business model scalablity and strategic innovation.
