Responsibilities: Handling of German and Dutch real estate funds → whole book- keeping activities, Controlling and reconciliations in accordance with the Asset Management dept., process-related inspections of property management companies, day to day accounting, reporting to the Dutch parent company via IFRS, Intercompany, month-end-closing procedure, year-end-closing-procedure, contact person for taxes - VAT, income tax, trade tax, permanent cooperation with tax advisors

Responsibilities: Reporting to the EMEA-Division in London via US GAAP (Hyperion), Month-end-closing and year-end-closing-procedures, monthly reconciliation and booking the salaries, fixed assets (incl. CAPEX), handling of the complete daily business in the dept. Finance/ Controlling (cash flows, forecasts, business plan), contact person for tax advisors, auditors, tax office, participation in working groups, projects and international Finance-Meetings and participation at the SOX -implementation
