Led the development of an innovative satellite-based wholesale Internet Service Provider offering with industry partners and with support of the European Space Agency (ESA). Completed the commercial launch with ISP partners in Algeria, Azerbaijan and Turkey. Led the training programme for installation partners and Value Added Resellers. In a project for a major European satellite operator involving technology partners in Canada, USA, France covered e.g. requirements analysis, specification, deliverables management. Represented the company in DVB and ETSI standardisation (DVB-RCS EN 301 790). Managed a strategic internal R&D project, implementing a fully integrated DVB-RCS prototype
