Contributed to LTR subsidiaries IT processes improvement, ad-hoc reporting, and administration of LTR management system. • Played key role in one the largest and most complex projects in organisation’s recent history – the LTR subsidiaries data consolidation / migration initiative – handling all aspects of technical design and development functions. • Delivered corporate data warehouse analysis, data mining, interface development (LTR, debt collection and insurance), and e-rent portfolio valuation reporting

Spearheaded full development lifecycle of diverse projects, delivering FCS (external systems integration and issue management), activity-based costing, as well as IT department supervising. • Oversaw smooth integration of core debt-collections, issue management, payroll, timesheets and call manager into single data warehouse. • Managed large volume of data, facilitating processing, sharing, and reporting as well as cost analysis. • Contributed to attainment of EFQM – Committed to Excellence award.

• Assisted in software development projects, including PATHE Information System for integrated administration of national highways. • Project managed development of INVISIO (Insurance Brokerage administration system).

• Performed programming functions within organisation’s Insurance Software and R&D Department. • Assigned to a wide range of projects, including Atlantis ERP, UNIS (Insurance Companies’ administration system), and IBS (Insurance Brokerage System). • Managed LP project, delivering LTR companies’ administration system.
