• Clock card administration and full responsibility for monthly attendance closing • Travel support and administration, providing travel schedules, flight/taxi booking, supporting on travel expenses (GERS), helping to issue visa or passports • Data analysis for month end reports, attendance, sickness • Organisation and support on selection process, collecting information, calling to candidates, helping to organize the assessment centres events and secure the smooth organisation
